Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in a hillside vineyard in the Adige River valley.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness in late September. Anselmo Martini oversees the winemaking. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel vats at 26–28 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in steel tanks and oak barrels.
