Vinification
The grapes remain in contact with their skins for the first 12 hours to extract a delicate pink hue. Fermentation then continues at 16–18 °C. A portion of the fermented juice is set aside to undergo malolactic fermentation before bottling.
Tasting profile
Lively in character, with a profile closer to a red wine than to a white and an expressive bouquet.
