Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Puglia at 330–380 metres above sea level, mainly on north-facing sites with limestone soils. The vines are 8–10 years old.

The Primitivo component is identified as Racemi di Primitivo.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-August. The wine is made by the traditional ancestral method: the first fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks, after which it is bottled without filtration.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees for 36 months.

Serve in a flute glass.
