Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the vineyards of Acquaviva delle Fonti, where limestone soils and Mediterranean sunshine give wines that are both fresh and full-flavoured. Yields in the area average 80 centners of grapes per hectare each year, which concentrates the flavour of the fruit.
Vinification
The juice is fermented entirely in stainless steel.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, then rests a further 2 months in bottle in the cellar. No wood is used, so the aromas come from the grape variety and the vineyard site.
