Vineyard and terroir
Ben Turnò is one of Neive’s oldest vineyards and lies at 260–280 m, with south-east and east exposures. The vineyard is predominantly planted to Arneis, with a small number of Chardonnay vines scattered among it.
Grapes
95% Arneis and 5% Chardonnay.
Vinification
Depending on the vintage, harvest takes place between late August and early September. Fermentation proceeds under controlled temperature. The wine then rests and matures for several months in stainless-steel tanks before bottling.

Langhe Bianco DOC. Alcohol: 12.5% vol.
Tasting profile
A fruity, fragrant nose leads to a pleasant palate marked by savoury character and minerality, producing a balanced and elegant expression.

Serve at 8–10 °C. Its versatile profile accommodates meat, fish, pasta and desserts.
