Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the southwest of the region, on the edge of Maremma Natural Park.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in French oak barrels for 12 months, followed by at least six months in bottle in the cellar.
Tasting profile
The nose is intense and the palate rich, with a pleasant spicy finish.
