Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Tuscany’s Morellino di Scansano area.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the second ten days of September, gently pressed and transferred to stainless-steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. Maceration lasts 18–21 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in French oak barriques before being filtered and bottled.

Pairs with refined Mediterranean game dishes and aged cheeses.
