Vineyard and terroir
The wine is made from selected Vermentino grapes grown in Tuscany.
Vinification
The grapes are handpicked in early September. They are pressed gently and fermented under temperature control.
Ageing
The wine rests for 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, which gives it elegance and depth while keeping it light and fresh.
Tasting profile
Delicate, easy-drinking and refined, with aromas of citrus and white flowers and a clear sense of balance.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with fish and seafood dishes, fresh salads and soft-textured cheeses. It also works as an aperitif.
