Vineyard and terroir
The Sangiovese is sourced from vineyards in Magliano and Sestano; the other four varieties are grown in Magliano.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo 10–12 days of maceration.
Ageing
The wine matures for 13 months in 300 hL oak casks, followed by six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
