Grapes
Made from a careful selection of Sangiovese Grosso grown on the ColdiSole estate.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and sorted before maceration on the skins for 10–12 days.
Ageing
Aged for eight months in small oak barrels, followed by six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
Tasting profile
Expressive on the nose, with a fruity palate and balanced structure.
