Grapes
The wine uses a careful selection of Sangiovese Grosso.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and sorted before undergoing 12–14 days of skin maceration.
Ageing
The wine matures for 36 months in small oak barrels, followed by a further year in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
