Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in the Euganean Hills in Veneto. The area's mild climate and volcanic soils help preserve the freshness and expressive character of the Glera fruit.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. The base wine ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation in sealed tanks using the Charmat method. This preserves the pure fruit aromas, airy texture and fine, persistent bubbles.
Tasting profile
Elegant, light and refreshing, with fine, persistent bubbles. Lively acidity accompanies gentle notes of green apple, citrus and white flowers, with a touch of minerality and a clean fruit profile.
