Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on slopes of volcanic origin in the Colli Euganei area. The soils contain marine fossils, while a favourable microclimate contributes to the site’s distinctive terroir and the wine’s pronounced minerality.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, followed by primary fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Secondary fermentation takes place in sealed tanks using the Charmat method to preserve fresh, bright aromas. The wine is bottled under pressure, producing fine, persistent bubbles.
Tasting profile
Elegant and balanced, with bright aromas, a fresh character and pronounced minerality. The bubbles are fine and persistent.
