Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie near the summit of Mount Limbara, where Gallura’s abundant sunshine brings warmth to the fruit.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed. The must ferments in stainless-steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine is made without added sulfites.
Ageing
The wine matures for several months in steel and concrete tanks, followed by two months in bottle.

Suitable as an aperitif and with Mediterranean dishes.
