Grapes
The blend combines Garganega, Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer. Each variety was grown by a different generation of the Adami family's winemakers.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September. At the winery they are crushed, destemmed and gently pressed. The must stays in contact with the skins overnight at around 14 °C for cold maceration, which lets it take up the skins' aromatic compounds. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine is aged on its fine lees for almost two months, with continuous stirring to improve texture and bouquet. It is then bottled and rested before sale so that its complex aromas can develop.
Tasting profile
Elegant. Delicate floral notes typical of Garganega combine with the more intense aromas of Traminer and Sauvignon Blanc. The palate balances refined fruit flavours with subtle hints of spice.
Serving and pairing
Suited to aperitif service and to Asian dishes.
Label / history
