For many generations, the Adami family has worked in harmony with the land and the vines, caring for them with passion and love, maintaining a long-established winery with a deep respect for tradition while also taking a forward-looking approach.
Terroir
The company owns 36 ha of vineyards, where vines around 40 years old produce grapes with a distinctive character.
Vinificazione
The winery follows a philosophy of minimal intervention in natural processes, while continually improving quality and introducing new technology. The vines, around 40 years old, produce grapes with a distinctive character.
The winery's facilities include a new pneumatic press for gently pressing the grapes, stainless-steel tanks used for fermentation and maturation, classic French oak barriques, and 500 L barrels. Ventilation systems are used to control humidity in the cellar.
