Vineyard and terroir
The Garganega grows in the hills of Soave, near the village of Ronca, on volcanic soils with basalt deposits. The vines are cultivated using the latest agricultural techniques.
Vinification
The grapes are usually harvested by hand in late September. After 2 hours of cold maceration, the wine ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 13 °C for up to 25 days.
Ageing
The wine rests on the lees in stainless steel tanks for around 5 months.
Tasting profile
Fresh and delicate, with the bright mineral character typical of the Soave wine-growing area.
