Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from southeast-facing vineyards in the Rivetti area of the municipality of Neive. The vines grow on limestone and sandy soils, with yields of 60–70 hectolitres per hectare.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 °C for 30 days.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless steel for six months, followed by two months in bottle.
