Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the municipalities of Neive and Costigliole d’Asti. The vineyards have a southeast exposure and calcareous, sandy soils, with yields of 60–70 hl/ha.
Vinification
The grapes undergo skin maceration followed by gentle pressing. The must ferments in autoclaves for 20 days.
