Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown biodynamically in Friuli Venezia Giulia, at an altitude of 130 m, on clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, with each variety vinified separately. Skin maceration lasts 8–18 days depending on the variety. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts also varies in duration by variety. The wine is bottled without filtration.
Ageing
The wine ages in old oak barrels for between two and three and a half years.
