The grapes are grown in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, carefully transported to the winery, thoroughly sorted and gently pressed. After skin maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 20 °C for two weeks. The wine is then clarified with bentonite and filtered once.
