Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 300 m above sea level on clay-limestone soils with very little organic matter.
Vinification
No sulfur dioxide is used at any stage of production. The winemaking process is carefully controlled throughout.
Label / history
Approximately 5,000 bottles are produced.
