Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow at 300 metres above sea level on clay-limestone soils with very low organic matter.
Vinification
No sulfur dioxide is used at any stage of production. The winemaking process is carefully controlled.
Label / history
Production is approximately 6,000 bottles.
