Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown according to biodynamic farming principles. The wine is organic.
Vinification
The wine is made entirely by hand. Only the first fractions of the pressed juice are fermented, using natural yeasts at a controlled temperature. No sulphur dioxide is used.
