Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the southern part of Barolo, in clay and marl soils under cool, windy conditions.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed before pressing and maceration. Fermentation occurs with natural yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 20 months in 25 hL Austrian oak casks.

Lively tannins accompany expressive flavours and a well-structured aromatic profile.
