Vinification
The Syrah was harvested in September and fermented as whole bunches, with semi-carbonic maceration in wooden vessels. The wine was bottled without fining or filtration.
Ageing
The wine spent five months in five old barriques, followed by a further four months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
