Vinification
Syrah and Viognier were harvested together on 4 September 2019. Whole bunches of both varieties underwent carbonic maceration and spontaneous fermentation on the skins in stainless-steel tanks. The wine was neither fined nor filtered before bottling, and no sulfites were added.
Ageing
The wine rested for one month in stainless-steel tanks.
