Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on limestone and clay soils in the hills of Prosecco DOC, where the climate is predominantly fresh and Mediterranean.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-September, gently pressed and vinified using traditional white-winemaking methods. The second fermentation takes place in autoclaves using the Charmat method.
