Vineyard and terroir
The hillside vineyards lie at 450–600 m above sea level. Their soils consist of limestone gravel with a high proportion of porphyry. The Pinot Bianco vines are 5–35 years old, trained to Guyot and pergola systems, and yield 80 hl/ha.

Vinification
Following fermentation, the wine remains in stainless-steel tanks and matures on its fine lees for three months, developing its structure.
Technical data
The 2025 wine has 13% alcohol, 5.9 g/l acidity and 2 g/l residual sugar. Its ageing potential is 2–3 years.
Tasting profile
Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The elegant floral and mineral aroma is joined by ripe apple and peach. The palate is direct, fresh and finely structured.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10 °C. Suitable as an aperitif and particularly well matched with fresh Mediterranean cooking and fish dishes.
Label / history
Archduke John of Austria introduced Pinot Blanc to Alto Adige in 1852. It has subsequently achieved particularly strong results in the region, which many specialists regard as one of the variety’s finest growing areas.
