The wine is made from selected white grapes.
Vinification
It is produced by the Charmat–Martinotti method. Secondary fermentation takes place in large, sealed stainless-steel tanks, after which the wine is bottled under high pressure.
Tasting profile
The nose is intensely floral and persistent, with notes of crisp bread crust. The palate is pleasant and elegant.
Label / history
The wine was introduced as a new addition to Fantinel’s sparkling range.
