Vineyard and terroir
The Ribolla Gialla is grown at the Tenuta di Tauriano estate in Friuli.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and crushed without pressing. The free-run juice ferments in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine then spends 180 days in small autoclaves using the Charmat method.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish dishes.
