Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow between the provinces of Verona and Brescia, in vineyards with a favourable climate and sandy alluvial soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September, destemmed and pressed immediately. The must remains in contact with the skins for a few hours before fermenting at a controlled temperature not exceeding 20 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks, followed by further ageing in bottle.
