Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Veneto. The vineyard soils are rich in volcanic rock, gravel and limestone, which gives the wine its distinctive aromatic character.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and pressed immediately after picking. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 10–15 days at no more than 18 °C. Before ageing, the wine is separated from its sediment.
