Grapes
A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Syrah—the only blended wine in the estate’s production. Its varietal composition gives it an international inflection while retaining a pronounced Sicilian character.
Vinification
Fermentation and maceration proceed at controlled temperature for 18 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for 16 months in small oak barrels and then rests for six months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Deep ruby red. The nose combines ripe fruit with spice and toasted nuances. Warm and enveloping on the palate, it has good structure, fine-grained tannins and excellent persistence.

Pair with fine cuts of meat, noble game or braised red meats.
