Vinification
Fermentation and maceration take place over 21 days, accompanied by frequent pump-overs.
Ageing
The wine matures in small oak barrels and receives a further six months of bottle ageing.
Tasting profile
Ruby red. The nose combines ripe red fruit and sweet spices with delicate balsamic and chocolate notes. The palate is deep and firmly structured, with a warm, full and harmonious aromatic profile and elegant tannins.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with fine cuts of meat and mixed roasts.

Saia takes its name from irrigation channels built by the Arabs centuries ago to collect rainwater.
