The vineyards are situated at 700 m above sea level, mainly on sandy soils. The vines are 20 years old on average.
Grapes
The wine is made from white grape varieties traditionally grown in Sicily.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for five months in steel tanks.
