Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the “Monteseroni” vineyard, at the edge of an oak forest. Its vines are 70–80 years old, and the soils are predominantly basaltic and volcanic. The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place entirely in stainless steel.
Ageing
The wine remains in stainless steel and matures on its lees for at least 10 months.
Tasting profile
The texture is lively and flowing.
