The fruit comes from the Fina estate’s vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at the end of August, followed by brief skin contact in stainless-steel tanks. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for three months in the winery’s cellars before release.
