The fruit comes from Fina’s own vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late August and undergo a short skin maceration in stainless-steel tanks, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for three months in the winery’s cellars before release.
