Vineyard and terroir
Part of the fruit comes from coastal vineyards near the island of Mozia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at the end of August. Of the must, 80% ferments in steel tanks and 20% in barriques.
Ageing
The wine rests for an unspecified period in the same steel tanks and barriques used for fermentation. After bottling, it matures for a further three months.
Tasting profile
Lively, fresh and elegant, with slight spice and gentle floral notes. Its distinctly Sicilian profile evokes a summer breeze, the sea and Sicilian citrus fruit.
