Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Fina’s estate vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late August and undergo a short skin maceration in stainless-steel tanks. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 17 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for three months in the winery’s cellars before release.
