Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards grow on the steep slopes of Alpera and overlook the valley. The site supports grapes with pronounced fruit and aromatic character.

100% Tempranillo.
Vinification
Night harvesting preserves aroma and limits oxidation. The grapes undergo gentle destemming and crushing, followed by fermentation without skins at 16°C to retain the desired colour and flavour.
Tasting profile
Bright and clean salmon pink, with intense aromas. The nose is delicate and fruit-driven, showing cherry and raspberry. The palate is medium-bodied yet intense, balanced, soft and rounded, with notable length.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12°C and enjoy young. Pair with fish, light first courses or white meat.
