Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on the hills of Franciacorta according to environmentally friendly principles.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages for 32–33 months in oak barrels, followed by a further 2–3 months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Slightly oily in texture, with a light, fruity character and mineral notes.
