Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the communes of Besenello and Roverè della Luna, on alluvial and sandy soils. The area has a mild climate influenced by nearby Lake Garda and receives generous sunshine.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and sugar concentration, then pressed immediately at the winery. Cold skin maceration precedes fermentation at a controlled temperature. A portion of concentrated, unfermented must is held in steel tanks at low temperature until bottling; the final blend is assembled immediately before bottling.
