Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the commune of Roverè della Luna, in a mild climate near Lake Garda with abundant sunshine. The soils are alluvial and sandy, and the vines give generous yields.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and pressed immediately at the winery to limit oxidation. Fermentation lasts 10 days in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
