Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the commune of Roverè della Luna, where the local Alpine climate is moderated by air from nearby Lake Garda.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. They undergo two days of cold maceration in stainless-steel tanks, followed by gentle pressing to separate the skins. Vinification then proceeds according to the traditional white-wine method.
