Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown across the Rotaliana Plain, at the confluence of the Noce and Adige rivers.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed to preserve their anthocyanins. Traditional red-wine vinification includes skin maceration under controlled temperature conditions. Fermentation and maceration last 15 days.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in large oak barrels before bottling.
