Vineyard and terroir
The selected fruit comes from Gallura in northern Sardinia, the island’s only DOCG appellation. Its southern boundary follows the Coghinas River in the west, turns slightly north around the Monti di Alà hills and reaches the east coast near Posada. The vineyard soils are based on sandstone, stones and granite.

Made from selected Vermentino grapes.
Vinification
Vinified by the traditional white-wine method in steel tanks to retain freshness.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine rests for two months in the winery’s cellars.

The aroma is rich, while the palate is delicate and fresh.

Pairs with shellfish, hot appetisers, lightly spiced first courses, seafood, grilled fish and white meat.
