The fruit is grown in Gancia’s vineyards in Veneto.
Grapes
The blend includes around 15% Pinot Nero.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are pressed and vinified with a short period of skin maceration, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation takes place in steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with seafood, light appetizers, salads and cheeses.
