Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in the Valdobbiadene area, on the slopes of the Dolomites north of the province of Treviso.
Grapes
The grapes are selected before vinification.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and separated from their skins. Vinification takes place at a controlled temperature of 18 °C to intensify the aroma. Secondary fermentation follows the Martinotti method in large, specially designed sealed tanks known as autoclaves. The wine is then bottled under pressure.
